Only after you sign in with your HUAWEI ID and explicitly authorise access, the tool reads from HUAWEI Health: blood pressure, heart rate, sleep and body temperature records (up to one year of history), plus the OAuth access token needed for this access. We do not collect your name, contacts, location or any other data.
The data is used solely to display and analyse your own health trends for you. Legal basis: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), given in the HUAWEI authorisation screen.
Data and tokens are stored only locally on your own computer, in files accessible only to your user account. The tool has no central server and does not transfer your data to us or to any third party, except HUAWEI, from which it is read.
We do not sell, rent, share or use your data for advertising, profiling or marketing.
Data is kept on your device until you delete it. You can revoke access at any time in HUAWEI Health (Me > Privacy management / Data sharing) or HUAWEI ID settings; revoking stops all further reads.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
Access uses HTTPS and OAuth 2.0; the tool requests read-only scopes only, following the data-minimisation principle.
